In this episode, I speak with Alan Lefevre, HR Director for Doctors Without Borders Norway, who has dedicated his life to helping others. With over 30 deployments in natural disasters, outbreaks, and armed conflict contexts, Alan has seen it all. However, after becoming a father of twin boys, Alan shifted his focus to mentoring and coaching others in the field.
